Mia Ikumi 🍓

 

So sad to hear about Mia Ikumi’s passing, a month ago; I just love the cuteness and delicacy of all her work, the splendid modern girly style of her opera.

She just reminds me eternally of my teenage summer, discovering Tokyo Mew Mew since 2004 by the way.

Then I was blessed by her first 1998’s work Superdoll Rika Chan, actually one of my favourite mangas at all.

A bitter fruit which tastes of melancholy and past adolescence memories.
